MEET THE TEAM
RAYDEN TALLIS
Founder and Managing Director, Rayden Tallis, (B. Applied Science; Dip. Financial Planning; Dip. Mortgage Broking) has always had a love of property and investment, purchasing his first home at the age of 22. Following a successful 20-year career as both a player and administrator in the AFL, Rayden understands first-hand the value of dedication, organisation and commitment.
Personable, and professional, Rayden is passionate about helping others, making him the ideal candidate to ensure you receive the best guidance in achieving the purchase of real estate whether for owner/occupier or investment purposes.
With a young family of his own, he is fully aware of the necessity to examine all options especially when it comes to finances.
BRAD LLOYD
Brad joined Boost Financial Group in 2016 as an External Director. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Victoria University, is a former employee of KPMG, before taking on a managerial role with Elite Sports Properties.
Brad's main responsibility is to oversee the growth and direction of the Boost Financial Group brand and its operations.
Brad remains part of the senior management team at Fremantle Football Club in the AFL, and in his role as General Manager List Management, is responsible for the management of player contracts, player retention and player acquisition.
A family man with values and integrity, Brad is married with two children.
ELOISE TALLIS
Eloise was very excited to join the Boost Financial Group team in 2017, as a Client Relationship Manager.

With over 15 years’ experience in Training & Education, Human Resources and more recently working in the Not for Profit sector, she introduces great enthusiasm and effective communication skills to the team.
​
An extremely motivated person, Eloise loves to be busy and wears many hats at Boost Financial Group. In her role, she provides administration support, oversees communications and events, whilst maintaining genuine client relations, from initial inquiry to post-settlement. Eloise works closely with Rayden to ensure everything runs smoothly for every one of our clients.
​
When not working at Boost, Eloise is busy juggling the lives of their three curious and active children.
